Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Because we produce to order and prioritise sustainability, orders typically ship within 14 days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you’ll receive a dispatch email once your items are on their way.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes — we ship worldwide. You’ll be able to select your country at checkout, and customs/taxes (if any) will be shown or billed separately depending on your region.
Q: What is your return or exchange policy?
A: Given the made-to-order nature, we allow returns or exchanges only on products with manufacturing faults. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll organise a replacement or refund. Q: What are the fabric and care instructions?
A: Our shirts are crafted from light, breathable fabrics suited for the Pacific climate. We recommend machine washing cold, hanging to dry, and ironing on low if required. Avoid harsh detergents or bleach to protect the prints.

Q: What happens if I track my order and see no update?
A: After dispatch you’ll get a tracking number. If it hasn’t updated in 3-5 business days, please contact us and we’ll check with the courier. International shipments may show local scans only once they arrive in your country.
Q: Do you offer bulk orders or wholesale?
A: Absolutely. If you’re a retailer, event organiser, or group looking to order 10+ units (e.g., for staff uniforms, guest shirts, etc.), please drop us an email with your requirements and we’ll send a custom quote.
